Job summary

You will partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to design, develop, and deliver data-driven insights for workforce strategy and employee experience.

Lead dashboards in Tableau, develop data stories, and ensure governance across HR systems while collaborating with IT and data engineering to optimize pipelines.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive related experience.
• 7+ years of experience with Tableau (dashboard design, data modeling, storytelling).
• 5+ years of experience SQL development and data wrangling.
• 2+ years of experience Workday reporting and data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (ETL, data structures).
• Demonstrated ability to tell a compelling story with data and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR/workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for executive decision-making.
