Qualifications

  • Required experience: Three or more years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP/PHR, a Master's degree, and experience in higher education or similarly complex environments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing human resource practices to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice on talent management strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
  • Develop customized training and development programs tailored to the institution's needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for managers and employees on HR topics such as performance management and leadership development.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR functions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs aligned with the budget.
  • Serve as a resource for managers and employees, guiding on complex HR issues and communication.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement policies ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
