Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational HR functions for a division or unit.
• Review and update organizational job descriptions.
• Staffing: project needs, interview, hire, and resolve staffing issues.
• Advise staff on reclassifications, new position requests, promotions/demotions and salary determinations.
• Guide organizational restructuring and budget monitoring.
• Lead and participate in projects; design and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with employment, compensation, employee relations and affirmative action.
• Maintain records; may hire, train, supervise a small staff.
