NFI Industries is seeking an HR Compliance Manager in the Camden, NJ area to own and continuously improve a best-in-class HR compliance program across U.S. and Canadian operations.

The role drives policy updates, risk assessments, and training, and collaborates with Legal, Talent, and HR Operations to ensure regulatory adherence. The role reports to the Director, Corporate HR Operations and co-leads a compliant HR Generalist pipeline, leveraging technology and analytics to drive continuous

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, law, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR compliance or labor law experience is preferred.
• Experience leading policy development and training initiatives.

Mansioni

• Own the full lifecycle of labor law compliance across sites.
• Own I-9 and E-Verify compliance program.
• Lead the HR Policy Committee and update policies as needed.
• Ensure 100% compliance with state, federal and local labor laws.
• Collaborate with Legal, Talent, HR Operations, and Internal Communications for training.
• Coordinate with HR Technology for data needed for AAPs and analytics.
