Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Director of Human Resources to partner with HR and business leaders in shaping and delivering People strategy across regions. You will lead a team of HR professionals, mentor managers, ensure strong employee relations, and drive performance, compensation, and talent development aligned with NFI’s culture and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred.
• SPHR certification desirable.
• 7+ years of HR leadership experience at director level.
• Experience supporting labor relations in non-union environments a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR processes (recruitment, performance, compensation).
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads People strategy initiatives to attract, retain and develop NFI employees.
• Provide HR leadership to business area leaders and drive a cohesive HR program.
• Collaborate with Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Legal and Communications to maximize efficiencies.
• Utilize data and metrics to drive goals and program effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute HR initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with federal, state, and local labor laws and policy changes.
