NFI is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to own and elevate a best-in-class HR compliance program across U.S. and Canada operations. You will lead policy lifecycle, manage I-9/E-Verify, and drive training and risk mitigation in collaboration with Legal, Talent, and HR Operations.

Reporting to the Director, Corporate HR Operations, you will co-lead an HR Generalist with compliance duties and champion data-driven improvements using analytics and HR technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with focus in Legal or HR is preferred.
• PHR/SPHR or Certified Compliance Professional can be helpful.
• Experience with affirmative action plans and compliance in large organizations.
• Strong ability to partner with Legal, Talent, HR Operations and Internal Communications.

Responsabilités

• Own the full lifecycle of labor law compliance, auditing policies and rolling out updates across sites and training.
• Oversee E-Verify and I-9 processes, guiding cross-functional implementations.
• Lead the Policy Committee reviews and propose updates as needed.
• Ensure 100% compliance with state, federal and local labor laws and identify emerging risks.
• Collaborate to create communication plans and materials for annual training on employment law matters.
• Prepare data for third-party vendors and drive data-based strategic decisions.
