Job summary

HD Supply in Atlanta is seeking a senior HR Compliance professional to lead labor and employment law compliance, AAP, immigration, and related programs. You will originate, implement, monitor and audit internal compliance programs to ensure consistency with laws and enterprise policies.

The role requires 5+ years in HR compliance, strong OFCCP knowledge, and ability to communicate complex requirements to HR partners, leaders, and executives. Hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, law, public policy, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR compliance, employment law, or ethics & compliance.
• Experience with OFCCP, EEO-1 and related reporting.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.
• Ability to communicate complex compliance to leaders and execs.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage HR and legal compliance programs including hotline, I-9, and policy affirmation.
• Collaborate with HR to resolve policy interpretation and procedural issues.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure enterprise policy compliance.
• Support OFCCP audits, AAP planning, training, and reporting.
• Prepare executive summaries of compliance initiatives.
