HF Sinclair Corporation in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced HR Compliance Manager to lead project and compliance initiatives across federal, state, local, and provincial regulations. You will monitor legislative changes, develop and maintain HR policies, and partner with Legal and Payroll to ensure lawful practices company-wide.

The role requires a strong background in affirmative action planning, audits, and program management, with at least 10 years in HR or regulatory compliance and 4+ years

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology, or related field.
• PHR, SPHR, or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum 10 years HR or regulatory compliance experience with 4+ years in affirmative action planning.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to federal, state, local, and applicable regulations and monitor legislative changes.
• Identify, implement, and maintain HR Compliance programs, policies, procedures, systems, and process improvements.
• Lead HR compliance projects including planning, execution, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage OFCCP, EEO, AAP, Section 503, wage/hour compliance, drug testing, leaves of absence, and related audits.
• Develop audit plans, conduct reviews, and establish internal controls to mitigate risk.
