Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners, Corp. is seeking an HR Compensation Partner to support compensation programs, job architecture, and related Workday processes. You will work with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to deliver data-driven compensation guidance and ensure accurate job data in Workday.

The ideal candidate has hands-on compensation experience, understands market data, and can build stakeholder relationships while delivering clear, actionable results with limited direction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of compensation experience.
• Experience with Workday compensation data and structures.
• Experience with market pricing, job evaluation, and salary structures.
• Experience with participating in compensation surveys (Aon or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing for new and existing roles using surveys and internal data.
• Evaluate job descriptions for market matches and levels; support benchmarking decisions.
• Develop data-driven recommendations for offers, adjustments, promotions.
• Support Workday data validation, profiles, salary ranges, and related attributes.
• Assist with merit and bonus cycle planning, testing, and reporting.
• Create tools and guides to assist managers during compensation cycles.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to translate analysis into actionable guidance.
