Job summary

International Motors USA, based in Lisle, Illinois, seeks a strategic HR & Workforce Communications Lead to shape and execute an integrated communications strategy aligned with our people and business goals.

Reporting to Human Resources, you will coordinate across HR disciplines, partner with Communications & Brand, and guide plant communications for manufacturing and distribution locations, ensuring timely, consistent messaging that strengthens trust and organizational alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of communications experience.
• At least 2 years of lead experience.
• Master's degree with 5+ years of communications experience and at least 2 years of lead experience.
• At least 12 years of communications experience and at least 2 years of lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise HR communications strategy.
• Advise the Chief Human Resources Officer and HR Leadership Team.
• Coordinate communications across all Human Resources functions for clear messaging.
• Prepare executive messaging, FAQs, and leader toolkits for workforce initiatives.
• Establish a network of plant communicators to share best practices.
