Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in HR/change management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and HR strategy for Operations projects impacting stores.
• Partner with the business to understand needs and ensure value realization through people and change management components.
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence to involve the right resources at the right time.
• Provide thought leadership on HR processes and associate experience across compensation, talent acquisition, selection and org effectiveness.
