Job summary

McKee Foods Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Stuarts Draft, VA. The HRBP will cultivate strong relationships with Manufacturing Support Services and Transportation, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering strategic HR support aligned with business goals.

You will partner with leaders to drive talent planning, performance management and organizational development while upholding governance and compliance standards in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IO psychology or related field; two years may substitute for one year of education.
• Minimum of 3 years HR Generalist/HRBP experience with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws and practical application.
• Proven ability to lead HR-related training sessions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with internal business units; be the primary HR contact.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure governance, compliance and risk management.
• Facilitate talent acquisition and identify developmental opportunities.
• Provide guidance on performance management, coaching and corrective actions.
• Advise on organizational structure, change, promotions, and succession planning.
• Identify HR challenges and develop integrated solutions with stakeholders.
• Lead HR projects and promote cross-department teamwork.
