The role emphasizes teamwork, initiative, integrity and the ability to implement changes in a fast-paced food production setting. Onsite work with shift premium applies.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or outstanding proven ability.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and human relations.
• Math skills including fractions, percentages and basic algebra.
• Team-oriented with initiative and motivation.
• Ability to work independently and maintain integrity.
