Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a BSc in Business, HR, or Psychology and brings 6–8 years of HR experience, including 2–3 years of direct leadership.

Qualifications

• BSc in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
• 6-8 years HR experience with 2-3 years of direct leadership responsibility; cross-functional, global exposure.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication; ability to influence and present complex information.
• Ability to manage projects and people; meet deadlines; professional maturity and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction by partnering with client groups to set goals and develop HR programs.
• Develop and implement HR processes across Corporate Functions/Global Shared Services; mentor team members.
• Drive HR process improvement and change management initiatives from ideation to implementation.
