Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, or related field.
- 8+ years HR experience including HRBP roles.
- Experience with talent management and organizational design.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- Design scalable people strategies to support growth.
- Lead leadership development and succession planning.
- Coach leaders on growth, performance, and engagement.
- Analyze workforce data to drive decisions.
