Job summary

The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank seeks an HR Business Partner who will serve as a strategic partner to assigned business units, guiding workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations. The role emphasizes collaboration with HR leadership to implement initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness.

The candidate will help lead HR projects, develop policies, and ensure compliant, inclusive practices across the bank and its affiliated entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification required.
• Experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Experience successfully managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Ability to support HR initiatives that align with business objectives and workforce needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to assess workforce needs and support talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with the Talent Management team, Marketing, and hiring managers to enhance candidate engagement and strengthen the organization's employment brand.
• Manage assigned requisitions and the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding activities.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions to ensure consistency across departments and alignment with organizational needs.
• Provide guidance and support to managers regarding performance management, employee relations, and colleague development.
• Support leaders and colleagues across Mutual Bancorp and its family of banks while promoting consistency in HR practices and colleague experience across the organization.
