IDEMIA is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders across sites to align people strategies with priorities and drive performance. The role emphasizes workforce planning, talent development, and building an inclusive culture enterprise-wide.

You will support both hourly and salaried populations, advise on employee relations and policy interpretation, and help ensure compliance in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Labor Relations, or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in manufacturing/distribution or operational environments.
• Experience as HRBP/HR Generalist supporting hourly and salaried populations and labor relations is preferred.
