Dominium is seeking a People Business Partner to align talent strategies with business goals, collaborating with leaders to strengthen performance and employee experience. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional partnership.

The position focuses on developing leaders, driving talent initiatives, and ensuring an inclusive workplace culture across our national workforce. A strong HR background and strategic mindset are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years HR experience as HRBP or partnering with the business to align people strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with VP of Human Resources, Talent Team, and business leaders to develop talent strategy aligned with objectives.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on HR-related issues and provide insights.
• Facilitate and support performance management processes with tools and guidance for reviews and development conversations.
• Partner with managers on data-driven recommendations to improve performance, engagement, and retention.
• Develop and drive HR initiatives including DEI and onboarding across the organization.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities to build leadership capacity.
• Lead workforce planning and talent forecasting to ensure right people in right roles.
• Support salary reviews, promotions, bonuses, and recognition strategies.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and implement strategies to improve the employee experience.
