Job summary

IDEMIA is seeking an HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business priorities across one or more sites. You will shape the employee experience, influence organizational performance, and foster a culture of learning, inclusion, and engagement.

You will partner with leaders to drive workforce planning, design, and talent actions that enable business growth, while providing HR insights with cross-functional colleagues to support budgeting and strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR business partner or similar role supporting multiple sites or functions.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management and organizational design.
• Proven ability to drive inclusion, employee engagement and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business strategy into people actions.
• Drive workforce planning, design, and talent actions to enable growth.
• Provide HR insights to informed decision making and budgeting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal and HR teams for integrated solutions.
• Support succession planning, development and performance processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
