Job summary

Aperture, LLC is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to the Incident Based segment leader. You will drive talent management, training, employee relations, culture, compliance, and the people side of financial performance for assigned teams.

You will own staffing plans, mentorship of interns, succession, and performance management, while leading onboarding and IDP programs and guiding HR aspects of acquisitions and integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related HR experience with HRBP exposure.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policy interpretation, and compliance.
• Experience partnering with leaders on staffing, performance, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR business partner to Incident Based teams.
• Own staffing plans, succession, and performance management cycles.
• Lead onboarding, IDPs, and employee development programs.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Foster culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee HR aspects of acquisitions and integrations.
