Job summary

Aperture LLC seeks an HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals for the Incident Based segment. You will partner with leaders to manage talent, training, employee relations, and culture while supporting acquisitions and integrations.

The role reports to the HR Director – Field Operations and requires strong business and financial acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to influence leadership decisions across offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR business partner experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM-CP preferred or obtainable within one year.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own staffing plans and execution for the segment, partnering with Recruiting and leaders.
• Lead internship program and convert interns to full-time hires.
• Oversee performance management, reviews, merit processes, promotions.
• Drive onboarding, IDPs, and development initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretations.
• Lead culture, engagement initiatives, DISC strategy, and surveys.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR requirements; support acquisitions.
• Maintain Paycom employee profiles and HR data accuracy.
