Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring an HR Business Partner for Rapid and Rural Logistics PXT (R2L). You will partner with site leaders to drive talent management, engagement, and operational excellence, using data-driven insights to shape HR initiatives and improve the employee experience.

The role balances strategic and tactical work, may lead entry-level HR staff, and requires onsite presence at an Amazon facility. Strong emphasis on inclusion and policy-aligned decision-making.

Formación

• 5+ years of HR work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent.
• Experience with HR processes and policies in a multinational setting.
