Job summary

Amazon in Denver, CO is seeking an HR Business Partner for Rapid & Rural Logistics PXT (R2L) to deliver HR initiatives, talent management, and employee engagement while partnering with business leaders.

The role blends strategic and hands-on work, uses data analytics to drive improvements, coaches leaders on people management, and may lead entry-level HR colleagues to enhance the employee experience onsite at an Amazon facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns, addressing root causes, and aligning with policy while maintaining compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management practices including feedback and development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions and AI while maintaining high-touch service.
