Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner for Rapid & Rural Logistics PXT (R2L). You will provide HR generalist support to a large hourly population and business leaders, focusing on talent management, engagement, and operational excellence.

You will mentor leaders, analyze data-driven insights, and own projects that enhance the employee experience while maintaining compliance and policy alignment. On-site work at an Amazon facility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, investigations, training, talent management).
• Ability to coach leaders and guide teams on performance and engagement initiatives.
