The University of Indianapolis is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a consultant to employees and leaders across designated departments, developing partnerships to assess human resource needs and deliver services in compensation administration, performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation.

Qualifications

Five years’ professional level HR consultant or generalist experience.
