IDEX is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for its High Purity division to shape people strategy and support rapid growth. You will work with senior leaders to align workforce plans with business needs and lead organizational design, leadership development, and change initiatives.

This role emphasizes strategic partnering, analytical insight from workforce data, and project leadership across talent management, retention, and performance programs in a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience including HRBP or HR leadership role.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, organizational design, leadership development, employee engagement, retention, and change management.
• Ability to influence senior leaders while balancing business objectives and employee needs.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and actions.
• Proven track record leading HR initiatives from strategy to execution.

Responsabilités

• Partner with High Purity leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities and growth.
• Lead strategic workforce planning, identifying current and future requirements and talent priorities.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to improve hiring quality, speed, and effectiveness for key roles.
• Build stronger talent and succession pipelines and develop development plans.
• Drive retention and workforce stability strategies using data and feedback to inform actions.
• Support onboarding, training, and employee development to grow capabilities.
