Caleres, Inc. is seeking a skilled Human Resources leader to partner with functional directors, drive talent strategies and ensure a diverse, high-performing workforce. You will analyze talent data, shape succession plans and orchestrate onboarding for new hires across the organization.

The role emphasizes collaboration, fair compensation practices and continuous process improvements to support business objectives and employee engagement.

Qualificações

• Four year BA or BS degree preferred or commensurate work experience.
• Degree in HR is beneficial.
• 3-5 years of Human Resources experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assures effective selection, performance management and succession planning aligned with business objectives.
• Assures actionable efforts that reduce reactive responses and support company objectives.
• Partners with functional leaders to guide culture, leadership behaviors and best practices.
• Develops and improves programs, processes and training to maintain a respectful, high-performing environment.
• Establishes strategic business partnerships with leadership and manages talent needs.
• Analyzes data to assess talent, identify gaps and predict future needs.
• Ensures fair and equitable compensation and leadership continuity.
• Coaches managers to inspire performance and remove barriers to success.
• Manages investigations, follow-ups and communications on performance matters.
• Develops onboarding plans and ensures new hires contribute quickly to success.
• Addresses state and federal claims timely and effectively.
