Job summary

Pavlov Media in Champaign, IL is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner, Talent & Employee Relations Leader to advise leaders on talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and compensation governance. This autonomous role shapes how we attract top talent and manage sensitive workplace matters.

You will design HiPo frameworks, lead calibration sessions, manage contingent labor, and guide executives through compensation decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with autonomous HRBP roles.
• Proven ability to design enterprise performance management and talent calibration.
• Experience conducting high-risk workplace investigations and recommending remedial actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition & workforce strategy.
• Design and calibrate enterprise performance management and 9-box assessments.
• Oversee employee relations investigations and policy compliance.
• Administer compensation programs and benchmarking activities.
• Coach executives on talent gaps, succession planning, and culture initiatives.
