Job summary

Caleres, a global footwear company, is seeking a Sr. Manager, HRBP in New York City, NY. You will lead talent, organizational and people strategies to enable business performance while ensuring effective HR execution and risk management.

As a trusted advisor to leaders, you will design and implement programs that strengthen culture, engagement, retention and workforce planning while building leadership capability for current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience supporting business leaders.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational design, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience supporting business leaders as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders at all levels of the organization
• Strong working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational design, and workforce planning
• Experience partnering with leaders to drive talent strategies that support business objectives
• Proven ability to navigate complex situations, exercise sound judgment, and solve problems effectively
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data,identifytrends, and translate insights into action
