Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 5+ years HR experience, including demonstrated experience in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role.
• Must possess in-depth knowledge of federal and state laws across multiple states.
• Must have prior experience supporting Operations in a blue-collar environment.
• Must demonstrate agility, adaptability, and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Must possess technical writing skills.
• Must be able to work independently and with the HR team.
• Must possess strong organizational and project management skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Partners with management to communicate HR policies, procedures, programs, laws, and best practices.
• Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with HR policies and governmental laws and regulations.
• Ensures compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Handles employee relations counseling, disciplinary actions, separations, and exit interviews.
• Maintains employee-related databases; prepares and analyzes reports for management.
• Assists with development of HR policies and provides advice and follow-up.
• Identifies and resolves problems; develops alternative solutions.
• Leads and participates in HR-related projects as needed.
