Job summary

Prolink is seeking a Senior HR Generalist for an immediate opportunity in Mason, OH. The role will partner with HR leadership to strengthen operations and standardize processes across the organization.

The position requires a hands-on HR professional who can own projects, adapt to a changing environment, and contribute from day one. 40 hours/week, primarily onsite with some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in hands-on HR Generalist/HR Manager/HRBP role.
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations, HR compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Experience developing or improving HR policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and employee data management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, including I-9 verification, offer letters, and documentation.
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and standardized workflows.
• Support HRIS implementation, system transitions, and data management.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and maintain records.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee information management.
• Evaluate HR processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to support growth and workforce integration.
