Bodycote, a global leader in thermal processing, seeks an HR Business Partner to support the East Region and partner with internal customers across plants, support functions, and corporate. You will drive HR processes, employee relations, succession planning, and leadership development to ensure business objectives are met.

The role requires on-site engagement and travel across East region sites, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering HR solutions in a dynamic industrial

Qualifications

• This position requires at least 5 years of hands-on HR experience and a track record of talent management, employee relations, and performance optimization.
• ITAR compliance: US citizens or permanent residents are required.
• Strong knowledge of wage-hour laws, leave of absence rules, and workplace safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HR business partner for employees, managers, and leadership across the West region.
• Support delivery of HR processes and implement best practices.
• Partner with EHS to manage workers' compensation issues and resolve claims promptly.
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning and training programs.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and analyze HR data to influence decisions.
