Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, or 3 years with a master's.
• Experience in unionized manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR partner for the Akron facility and Product Development Operations.
• Drive workforce planning and staffing to meet production demands.
• Manage employee relations investigations and ensure fair resolutions.
• Partner with corporate HR COEs to deploy enterprise programs at the plant.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and reporting.
