The role will partner closely with plant leadership and management teams to align people strategies with business objectives. This hands-on role drives workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and HR compliance while fostering a high-performance, safety-focused culture. The Sr. HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to management, providing both strategic guidance and operational support to enhance employee engagement, strengthen organizational capability, and deliver measurable business results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
