7+ years of progressive HR experience partnering with leadership.
Experience in talent management, succession planning, development, and engagement.
Strong stakeholder influence and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Partner with corporate function leaders to develop and execute people strategies.
Lead talent management processes including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
Provide guidance on employee relations, organizational design, and change management.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs for talent acquisition, compensation, learning, and engagement.
Analyze workforce data and trends to identify opportunities and support informed decisions.
