Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the strategic HR partner for the Akron, Ohio Technology Center and the Product Development Operations team.

The role collaborates with plant leadership to align people strategies with business goals and drives workforce planning, talent management, employee relations and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related HR experience with a bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• Experience with unionized manufacturing environments is preferred
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

Responsabilités

• Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives for the Akron, OH facility.
• Manage employee relations investigations and ensure fair resolutions.
• Collaborate with local leadership and the USW union on staffing and engagement.
• Partner with COEs to deploy enterprise HR programs at the plant level.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and reporting.
