Job summary

Flex is seeking an HR Business Partner in Milpitas, CA. The role will partner with site leaders to develop and deploy strategic HR plans for growth and organizational effectiveness.

You will drive workforce planning, training, performance reviews, talent reviews, and compensation planning while collaborating with global teams to implement best practices across sites. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of HR experience, excellent business acumen, and ability to communicate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR across major functions.
• Strong knowledge of Organization Development, Change Management and HR practices.
• Excellent business acumen and demonstrated partnership with senior management.
• Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Ability to collaborate across global boundaries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical and strategic HR advice to business leaders and ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze reports and metrics to develop recommendations and strategies.
• Coordinate workforce planning, new-hire training, performance and talent reviews.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to meet hiring goals.
• Deliver HR communications and manager training on new programs and processes.
• Collaborate with the site and regional teams to achieve HR goals.
