Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations and partner with managers on performance and coaching.
• Oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning to support growth.
• Manage performance management processes and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and California regulations.
• Drive compensation planning, benefits, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Lead HR operations, dashboards, and HRIS data management.
