Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking an experienced Manager, Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to site and functional leadership. You will align people strategies with business objectives across employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR or SPHR).
• Seven+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing/fast-paced environment preferred.
• Knowledge of employment law, performance management, and talent-management practices.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling complex employee-relations matters.
• Strong coaching, influencing, problem-solving, and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies supporting goals.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, corrective action, and policy interpretation.
• Lead workforce planning including design, staffing, succession planning, and retention.
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, engagement, and communication.
• Support annual performance reviews, merit planning, bonuses, and talent management processes.
• Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to fill critical positions timely.
• Oversee onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
