Job summary

Cloeren Incorporated in Texas seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to act as HR Business Partner under MAAG and Dover, collaborating with business leaders to resolve people and culture issues, ensure compliance with employment laws, and drive recruitment and talent integration for the site.

You will manage onboarding, employee relations, payroll, HRIS, training, performance management, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of HR business partner experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Experience with employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and policy administration.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws; strong data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR business partner to plant leadership; align HR strategy with business goals.
• Lead onboarding, changes, performance management, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies across the site.
• Develop talent sourcing and succession planning; improve retention.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate monthly HR reports for leadership.
