Job summary

Dart Container is seeking an HR Business Partner to support multiple manufacturing teams on-site in Pennsylvania. The role blends strategic partnership with hands-on HR support, focusing on employee relations, coaching managers, and driving people strategies that improve engagement and retention.

You will partner with leaders across operations to implement programs, manage recruitment and performance processes, and ensure compliance with laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and three years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience consulting management on complex employee relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to persuade and influence decisions.
• Experience using HRIS and MS Office to create reports and docs.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal HR laws (FMLA, FLSA, ADA).
• Ability to translate concepts into practical HR actions.
• Solid understanding of HR metrics and process improvement.
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to managers to drive business results.
• Implement and monitor people-related programs aligned with laws and objectives.
• Support recruitment, performance/compensation, training and succession.
• Advise management on HR policies and procedures.
• Coach managers on employee relations and performance issues.
• Lead onboarding and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to address retention and workforce challenges.
