Job summary

AccruePartners in Clover, SC is seeking an HR Leader to partner with HR leadership on operational priorities and strategic people initiatives. The role supports a diverse employee population across multiple functions and levels and focuses on improving HR processes, strengthening systems, and supporting evolving business needs.

The position offers hands-on responsibilities with larger projects, and exposure to employee relations, talent acquisition, and policy development in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Strong employee relations experience and ability to advise leadership.
• Experience supporting recruitment, HR policies, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
• HRIS experience; SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership to support day-to-day HR operations and key initiatives.
• Lead recruiting efforts for professional, technical, administrative, and other roles.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and advise managers.
• Review and improve HR policies, handbooks, and compliance practices.
• Contribute to HRIS implementation, system optimization, and process improvements.
• Support broader HR functions and help establish consistent practices.
