Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals, coach leaders, and strengthen engagement across lines of business.

You’ll use HR metrics and feedback to drive retention, performance, and compliance, partnering with HR colleagues to deliver thoughtful, people-centered solutions that support our mission of putting members first.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience with HR business partnership, employee relations, and talent management.
• Experience supporting leaders in financial services, credit unions, or regulated environments.
• Experience turning survey results into action plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner and coach to leaders, aligning HR strategies with business needs and Truliant's values.
• Use HR metrics to identify opportunities improving engagement, retention, performance, and employee experience.
• Support onboarding, performance conversations, training needs, succession planning, change management, and policy guidance.
