Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Learning Business Partner to align business priorities with practical development strategies. You will help frontline and operational teams build skills, improve performance, and deliver consistent service to members.

In this consulting-facing role, you’ll translate priorities into measurable learning roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure programs are grounded in day-to-day operations to drive member outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR roles with a consulting focus.
• Experience supporting frontline or customer-facing organizations.
• Experience in financial services, contact centers, branch operations, lending, or related functions.
• Ability to connect learning to business outcomes and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic Learning & Development partner for assigned business areas.
• Identify capability gaps and shape learning strategies aligned to business goals.
• Collaborate with learning designers, change management, and measurement teams to implement programs.
• Ensure learning initiatives are traceable to measurable outcomes and improve member experience.
