Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union seeks a strategic, hands-on IT leader to define and execute the data center, cloud, network, and telecom strategy. You will build and guide high-performing teams, aligning infrastructure with business priorities and risk management across the enterprise.

You will partner with executives and departments to drive modernization, resiliency, and cost-efficient technology decisions while maintaining a collaborator culture focused on member service.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of equivalent IT work experience.
• 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in a related IT role within a medium-to-large enterprise, including on-premises infrastructure and outsourced or cloud services.
• 5+ years of experience in technology procurement and asset tracking.
• At least 1 year of experience in application support for internally developed and third-party solutions; modern on-premises and cloud infrastructure planning and implementation; and hands-on software, hardware, and data management troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the teams and strategy responsible for Truliant's core infrastructure, balancing stability, security, scalability, and cost while advancing cloud-first capabilities.
• Guide design, deployment, and ongoing performance of data center, cloud, network, telecom, storage, compute, backup, LAN, SD-WAN, and related infrastructure.
• Build and develop high-performing engineering teams, oversee staffing, coaching, priorities, delivery methods, and operational results.
• Partner with executives, Risk, Legal, Vendor Management, and strategic sourcing to guide roadmaps, budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, governance, and disaster recovery readiness.
