You will identify capability gaps, shape learning roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure measurable impact on performance and member experience.

The role requires consulting experience, strong data interpretation, and the ability to influence leaders while delivering actionable learning solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR with a consulting focus.
• Diagnosing business performance challenges and identifying workforce gaps.
• Connecting learning to business outcomes and member experience.
• Experience with frontline or customer-facing operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfort acting as a strategic thought partner and advisor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic L&D partner for assigned business areas and translate priorities into development roadmaps.
• Collaborate with learning designers, facilitators, change management, and measurement teams.
• Ensure solutions are relevant, measurable, and grounded in day-to-day operations.
• Translate data and teammate feedback into clear development strategies.
• Align learning programs to business workflows and measurable outcomes.
