Qualifications

• BS or MS degree
• 5–8 years HR experience or a master's in HR management with 2+ years HR experience
• 7 years HR experience with 3+ years in HRBP
• 3 years minimum HRBP experience
• International BP experience
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve day-to-day employee relations problems
• Manage College Hiring and Intern Programs (career fairs, interviewing and hiring)
• Participate in recruitment process and staffing decisions
• Coordinate workforce planning data updates
• Advise managers on wages and salaries
• Champion annual performance appraisal process
• Organize and conduct new hire orientation
• Conduct Exit Interviews and Lessons Learned
• Coordinate Succession Planning processes
• Participate in HR strategic plan initiatives
• Maintain awareness of employment laws
