Job summary

Gilbane Building is seeking an HR Business Partner II to perform HR duties at a professional level in support of designated geographic regions. This on-site role will collaborate with local business partners and senior HR leadership to drive people strategies and ensure business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of HR experience (including HRBP) and a BS/MS with knowledge of HRIS, MS Office, and strong problem-solving skills. A competitive benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• 7 years HR field experience or 5–8 years plus Masters.
• 3 years minimum HRBP experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve day-to-day employee relations problems.
• Manage College Hiring and Intern Programs and related recruiting activities.
• Participate in recruitment process and staffing decisions.
• Provide salary guidance and participate in Salary Planning.
