Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with HR practices, employment laws, conflict resolution, performance management and employee relations.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and challenges and provide strategic HR guidance.
• Employee Relations: Deliver counsel on employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and advise on conflict resolution and performance management.
• Performance Management: Support the performance review process, coach managers, and assist with performance improvement plans.
• Talent Management: Partner with leaders to identify talent needs and develop workforce plans.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
• Data Analysis: Use HR metrics to provide insights for informed decisions.
