Job summary

The role focuses on translating business priorities into practical HR plans, enhancing leadership effectiveness, strengthening engagement, and supporting organizational performance.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years of HR experience, with strong data-driven and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years progressive Human Resources experience
• Experience partnering with leaders to address talent, workforce, employee relations, organisational effectiveness, and business challenges
• Experience supporting HR initiatives and programmes across multiple HR disciplines
• Certifications are beneficial but not required
• HR experience in hospitality/ hotel/ guest-service environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on people, organisational and talent implications of business decisions
• Develop and execute people strategies to strengthen leadership capabilities and engagement
• Build strong relationships with leaders and employees and provide practical guidance
• Address employee relations, performance, policy, and workplace matters with sound judgement
• Guide talent management processes including succession planning and retention planning
• Partner with leaders to deliver integrated HR solutions and drive change initiatives
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to support informed decisions
• Champion company culture, values, engagement and employee experience initiatives
